Question: How can I transfer to my mobile voice mail? Answer: The simplest way to transfer your new mail message is to play the audio through your PC's speakers into your mobile phone when prompted to record your message by your mobile phone service provider. Tip Hold your phone about ( 6 inches / 15 centimeters) from your desk top speakers and don't have the sound lever too high.
Question: How do I know what kind of audio file I need for use on my PC or my answerphone machine? Answer: All audio is sent in your requested format. i,e MP3 or WAV files. If you are unsure what file format is compatible with your voicemail or answerphone, I am happy to send audio in both file formats at no extra cost.
Question: How much does it cost and how do I pay? Answer: A typical answerphone greeting or On Hold message costs £15 per recorded message. Payment can be made using Paypal. Payment to be made on confirmation of order.
Question: How can I pay if I don't have a Paypal Account? No problem! Just drop me a line and I will advise alternative methods for payment using a Debit or Credit card. Or even Bank Transfer Payment.
